Renee Doss began her career as assistant to corporate raider Victor Posner and quickly rose to become Senior Vice President of DWG, Inc., a Fortune 1000 conglomerate that owned Royal Crown Cola, Arby’s, and numerous industrial companies.

In 1989, she co-founded Renar Homes with her husband, Arden Doss, bringing her corporate expertise and visionary leadership to Florida’s homebuilding industry. Renee went on to become a recognized trailblazer—earning honors such as the first woman on the cover of Florida Trend Magazine, Dade County Business Women’s “Woman of the Year,”and Martin County’s Business Person of the Year. A dormitory at Barry University also bears her name in recognition of her achievements.

Today, Renee continues to help guide Renar Homes’ legacy, ensuring that the company’s values of integrity, craftsmanship, and care remain at the heart of its future.

A Miami native, Arden Doss co-founded Renar Homes with his wife, Renee Doss, in 1989. A graduate of Harvard University (Magna Cum Laude, Economics) and Yale Law School (Law Review Editor), Arden began his career as a banking and finance attorney at a Steel, Hector and Davis, a prominent Miami firm before transitioning into development.

Drawing on his legal expertise and entrepreneurial drive, he began syndicating real estate investments and soon established Renar Homes—built on principles of integrity, craftsmanship, and community. Over the past three decades, Arden has led the company through sustained growth across Florida, earning a reputation for quality and trust in every project.

Lisa Field has been a cornerstone of Renar Homes for more than 25 years, overseeing construction operations with a deep commitment to quality, precision, and integrity. Attending the University of Miami and Harvard University, Lisa combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring that every Renar home reflects the company’s enduring standards of craftsmanship and care.

As General Contractor, she manages projects from concept to completion, guiding teams with the same attention to detail and professionalism that have defined Renar Homes for over three decades. Her dedication to excellence and mentorship continues to uphold and advance the family legacy established by her parents, Arden and Renee Doss.

William Field serves as Vice President of New Development at Renar Homes, representing the next generation of leadership within the family-founded company. A graduate of Boston College where he studied Communications and Finance, and an alumnus of Choate Rosemary Hall, William brings a rare blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and business insight to his role.

Before joining Renar Homes, William worked professionally in the music industry, where he honed his skills in storytelling, branding, and audience engagement—experience that now informs his approach to real estate marketing and community development. He leads Renar’s efforts in sustainable design, innovation, and brand strategy, continuing the legacy built by his grandparents, Arden and Renee Doss, and his mother, Lisa Field, while positioning the company for the future with integrity and vision.

Matthew Field serves on the Board of Directors for Renar Homes, contributing strategic insight shaped by his experience in global consulting and emerging technologies. A graduate of Columbia University, where he studied Political Science, Matthew brings a disciplined and analytical perspective to the company’s long-term vision.

Outside of Renar, he is a Senior Consultant at Slalom, a Forbes-ranked global consulting firm, where he has quickly advanced through the ranks by leading prominent AI initiative projects for major corporations around the world. His forward-thinking leadership and understanding of innovation, technology, and organizational growth continue to strengthen Renar Homes’ foundation for the future.
