I just closed on my home and am happy to share my experience. My family started the process last December. Rhonda, Evan and Gary have been amazing throughout the entire process. Our initial visit was with Evan. He showed us the different models available and was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Rhonda helped us with the paperwork and got everything started for us. She was very responsive, great with communication and kept me updated throughout the process. She answered all of my questions ( there were many lol) and did all she could to make this process easier.There were delays but they were widespread delays (like material shortages and whatnot) which were not due to anything Renar did. I have family and friends in the construction industry that confirmed these items were indeed hard to come across during those times. Gary stayed on top of the build and made sure things got done. He also was great with communication and did everything he could to finish our beautiful home asap. He took the time to walk through our home with us, show us how everything works and answer any questions we had. After move in, they called to make sure everything went smoothly and see if there was anything we needed. if I had to do it all over again I would choose Renar again…hands down!PS- The community itself is great! The neighbors are super nice, its quiet and safe. A great place to raise a family.

I used the preferred lender and they were absolutely amazing!!!!Rhonda always responded when I emailed her. Her responses were clear and she also showed empathy. The home buying process is stressful enough. Adding the fluctuating economy made it ten times worse. Rhonda and her team held my hand every step of the way. They answered questions when I had them and worked very very hard to make sure that I was able to close in time. Supplies was unavailable/delayed, workers were catching COVID, service workers were backed up due to delays and interest rates were rapidly rising. I communicated my concerns to Rhonda and she provided comfort.
